Sunday School

Children/Youth Curriculum

  • Nursery: Birth - two years old
  • Toddler: Two - three years old
  • Kindergarten: Four years - kindergarten
  • Primary: Grades 1 and 2
  • Middler: Grades 3 and 4
  • Junior: Grades 5 and 6
  • Junior High: Grades 7 and 8
  • Senior High: Grades 9, 10, 11, and 12

Rock Solid (Cokesbury) is the Sunday School material that our teachers use. Nursery through Junior classes explore The Bible: The Book of God’s Love. Based on a specific Bible verse and story, each lesson includes age-related activities, songs, crafts, and games to help children learn about the Word of God.

Junior High classes use a format that promotes lots of discussion, encouraging students to learn to incorporate their growing faith and Biblical instruction into Christian topics and issues of everyday life.

Senior High classes are faith launchers. Students in this class are nearing adulthood. This class helps nurture independent faith, based on Jesus’ teachings. At the same time, the examples are relevant to the life of modern teens. The class is interactive as well as reflective, resulting in a deeper faith that these young people can take with them on their way to adulthood.

Adult Curriculum

Book Study

This Biblically based discussion class will grapple with God’s answers to some of our deepest questions. Many of these questions come out of suffering, anxiety, and frustration, as well as out of intellectual inquisitiveness. We will look to our Lord Jesus for his sensitive, loving response.

DVD Study

This DVD study invites you to consider the incredible potential that awaits you outside your comfort zone. Out of the risky waters of faith, Jesus is waiting to meet you in ways that will change you forever, deepening your character and your trust in God. We will challenge you to align yourself with God’s purpose for your life.
Meeting Place: The Pastor’s Study

Help for the Hurried Home
This discussion class will help you make true priorities of things that matter most. “Little House on the Freeway: Help for the Hurried Home” offers biblical insights and principles to our hurried existence – help from the Word of God for the life being lived in the fast lane. 
Meeting Place: Fellowship Hall
